Sale/ Clearance items, Items from flash sales, jewelry, sunglasses, scarves, belts, and gift certificates.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund (Store Credit). Note that we do strictly enforce this policy and your merchandise will be mailed back to you.
We do reserve the right to refuse any returns that we feel are not compliant with our policies. All merchandise is inspected before it is shipped.
- Exchanges: Due to the limited quantities per unique style we can't guarantee an exchange. Therefore, no exchanges are offered. Once you receive your store credit code, you can simply check out for the item that you would like.
To Make Your Return
- You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Include a copy of the invoice with the items circled that you are returning.
- Once we receive the merchandise and process the return an online code will be generated and emailed to the email address on the invoice.
Products must be
- Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with original tags attached
- Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box without damage to the box
- If you return items that have been tried on and they have makeup on them, the will not be accepted as a return and the items will be sent back to you.
** Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the products. NO EXCEPTIONS!
